As the printed finished product and the design manuscript cannot avoid a certain degree of color difference, the color difference problem is hereby explained as follows:

color printing is overprinted by CMYK four-color plate. Due to the particularity of printing and bearing materials, the color difference of printed finished products is controlled within ± 10%. All qualified products are qualified products. The visual color on the display and the color of printed finished products have certain differences. Different batches of products will also be slightly different. For details, please refer to the ISO12647-2 of International Offset Printing Standards.

1. The image is displayed on the computer screen in RGB color mode, which shows bright colors, while the printed color mode is CMYK. The color mode is different. It is normal to have a little color cast, and the printed color will be affected by the intensity of paper and light source. Therefore, there will be weak color difference between the actual printing effect and the computer screen display effect.

Because of the effect of printed matter, the printing ink batch, paper batch, and the use and maintenance status of the printing machine, the printing machine master subjectively controls the color. When various elements change, even if it is the same design draft and the same printing machine, it is very difficult to be exactly the same as the last printing. Therefore, we cannot use the products you have printed in other printing factories as our inspection standards.

How to avoid large color difference as much as possible?

the color difference in printing is inevitable. We can only make the colors closer as much as possible. No one can guarantee that the colors can be completely consistent! Please know!

When designing printed manuscripts, try to avoid using colors or templates that are extremely easy to shift colors, such as purple, dark blue, orange, brown, strong metallic, and gradual red.

Note: 1. The total value of CMYK four colors shall not exceed 250% when designing, otherwise the color cast will be obvious when printing; 2. Four-color background, color cast is inevitable. 3. The following colors have obvious color deviation, please avoid using them as much as possible.
